Once Phædrus Audio products have gone beyond their warranty period, we offer Phædrus Lifetime Care for qualifying products.
For a standard charge, we will repair, re-test and re-adjust any qualifying product so that it performs to its original specification. This service is provided irrespective of the age of the unit although certain conditions apply.
Prices for Lifetime Care for the qualifying products are given on our pricelist page. This price includes labour, the replacement of any necessary parts and return postage. Postage/ shipping to Phædrus Audio for the service is the responsibility of the customer.
